Longchenpa's Jewel Ship teachings begin in May

Rinpoche said: "This is a most essential and ultimate teaching... It gives the essential pointing-out instructions on the essence of mind, the ultimate Buddha, our own original abiding nature. It is called 'The Jewel Ship' because it shows how to cross the ocean of samsara in one instant."

Beginning in May, Heart Teachings monthly video subscribers will receive Lama Tharchin Rinpoche’s teachings on 'The Jewel Ship' (kun byed rgyal po) by Longchenpa, one of the greatest Dzogchen masters and scholars of the Nyingma tradition. Subscribers will receive 12 teachings on video and audio over about 7 months.

Rinpoche gave these teachings in 2001-2002 for subscribers on VHS, but they have not been available since that original issue. We are excited to be reproducing these original series from the beginning of Friends of Lama Tharchin Rinpoche, for new and renewed inspiration.
