It is fine to listen to the practice being recited without empowerment or oral transmission.

Lama Tharchin Rinpoche recorded the sadhana of Dudjom Lingpa for the purpose of supporting his Tröma Nagmo students to study the melodies as he himself learned from Kushok Gyurme-la under Kyabje Dudjom Rinpoche in Tibet. Each file is labeled for the sadhana section and can be played continuously as a playlist as an aid to practice.
