It includes the Supplications to the lineage lamas, the main Phowa practice (bdud 'joms sa gter sngon 'gro'i cha lag 'pho ba'i ngag 'don ni), the Daily Practice for the Accomplishment of Longevity (tshe sgrub rgyun khyer ni), the Chariot of Joy and Good Fortune, An Aspiration Prayer to Journey to the Glorious Copper-Colored Mountain (zangs mdog dpal rir bgrod pa’i smon lam skal bzang dga ba’i shing rta ni), and the Concise Copper-Colored Mountain Prayer (sangs rgyas kun kyi…).
